Andrew Gaudin has counseled companies in business transactions for over twenty years. Most recently, he has worked with the senior management teams of emerging technology companies, handling a broad range of the legal, privacy, and operational issues that must be addressed in developing and implementing effective go-to-market strategies. He also has ongoing relationships with the legal departments of several established technology providers to deliver legal services that further company policy.

Mr. Gaudin's experience enables him to help his clients maximize the value of their enterprises. In particular, his extensive work with web-based application service providers allows him to find solutions that optimize the software-as-a-service ("SaaS") business model. Mr. Gaudin has provided turn-key packages of SaaS contract forms, policy recommendations, and practice guidance to emerging companies. In addition, Mr. Gaudin has successfully negotiated in excess of $250 million worth of SaaS agreements with Fortune-500 customers in the financial services, content/media, business-to-business, and retail vertical markets.

Mr. Gaudin has worked in private practice since 2003 and is admitted to practice in both New York and California. He was born and raised in suburban Detroit and received undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Michigan. Following graduation from law school, he worked in private practice in New York before earning his first position as in-house counsel to a technology company. He currently resides in Northern California with his wife and two still-perfect daughters. Mr. Gaudin has been a Board member of the Kentfield Schools Foundation since 2006 and currently serves as Secretary.
